"I joined Woodlands Dairy in 2019 as part of the Learnership programme for a duration of 12 months. I joined Woodlands Dairy straight after finishing matric I had no experience at all, and I was not sure which career path to embark on. I completed the Learnership programme, and I was permanently appointed in 2020 as a General worker. After only 12 months as a permanent employee, I was promoted to a Filler operator which allowed me to better my family’s life by renovating my parents’ house. My journey continues I am now part of a Leadership programme where I am being trained to become a Production Supervisor one day. At the same time, I am currently furthering my studies with the assistance of the company. Woodlands Dairy changed my life I will forever be grateful for all the opportunities provided to me."
