PROCESS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Woodlands Dairy is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant and equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding safety standards.
Key Performance Areas:
- Complete and capture job cards accurately in the maintenance system.
- Plan and execute maintenance tasks, including breakdowns, scheduled services, and projects.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Ensure correct tools and spares are used and maintained in safe working condition.
- Commission equipment after maintenance and hand over to operations.
- Implement improvement projects to optimise plant and process equipment.
- Maintain equipment manuals, drawings, and specialised tools in proper order.
- Adhere to health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing Tetra Pak and Alfa Laval equipment.
- Must be a qualified Electrician or Millwright
- 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work systematically, communicate effectively, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
