TECHNICIAN- UHT/ESL FILLING & DOWNSTREAM

Woodlands Dairy is seeking a technician – UHT / ESL Filling & Downstream. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance of filling and downstream equipment, working both independently and within a team to achieve production and maintenance targets. This role requires flexibility to work shifts and overtime to meet operational demands.

Key Performance Areas:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on filling and downstream equipment.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve production and maintenance targets.
• Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency through proactive fault-finding and problem-solving.
• Support operational requirements by working shifts and overtime when necessary.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Qualified Millwright or Electrician (essential).
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in maintenance within FMCG or related industries.
• Strong technical expertise in:
  • Hydraulics
  • Electrics
  • Pneumatics
  • Mechanics
  • PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Proven ability to maintain and repair filling and packing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and deliver sustainable solutions.
